Welcome to Bump to Baby, a support series for 3rd & 4th trimester moms. 

This 4-week session meets Fridays, 1:30-2:30p on October 29, November 5, 12, & 19.

WEEK 4 (Nov 19) : Postpartum Recovery Exercise with Alex Megan of After Baby Fit

Postpartum Exercise Specialist Alex Megan of After Baby Fit shares tips and techniques to improve posture, regain core control and how to safely and effectively strengthen after baby. A great continuation of Lauryn’s physical therapy session!

We see you mama. Whether you are a soon-to-be parent or are in your 4th trimester with a newborn at home, this program is for you.

The transition into motherhood is full of changes, questions, and little sleep. We're here... and we've pulled together our Village to help guide you through these moments. 

FULL SERIES

Our 4-week parent meetup focuses on giving YOU the tools you need to feel prepared. We've created a safe space to ask all the questions and to meet other parents. Our weekly meetups include 4 expert guests that will share their knowledge on new parenting topics.

WEEK 1 (Oct 29) : Lactation with Molly Peterson of Peterson Lactation Services 

During the week focused on lactation, I will be sharing information on establishing and maintaining a milk supply, how to get a deep latch, different breastfeeding positions, and busting common myths surrounding lactation. Additionally, there will be plenty of time left for Q&A and discussion making sure that you leave feeling confident about breastfeeding in the fourth trimester!

WEEK 2 (Nov 5) : Sleep Coaching with Molly Mahler of Sleep Logics LLC

Molly's sleep session will prepare expecting and new moms for what to expect when it comes to newborn and baby sleep and how to optimize getting enough rest for the whole family. She covers optimizing your sleep space, maximizing sleep for post-partum recovery early on, tips and tricks to promote consolidating sleep for naps and nighttime, and much much more!

WEEK 3 (Nov 12) : Pelvic Health with Dr Lauryn Beecher of Pelvic Health and Wellness Physical Therapy

Join pelvic health physical therapist Dr. Lauryn Beecher PT, DPT as she discusses what you need to know about your pelvic floor during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Learn what you can do to support your pelvic floor, control your bladder, and be pain free!
