Family Yoga at the Park

Join us bi-monthly for a fun, mindful outdoor family yoga class (with Yoga with Senta) and craft activity for all ages!

Kick off your weekend with some fun family time outdoors. Each event includes 35 minutes of yoga followed by a Little Sprouts Play Cafe activity in the park. We'll use yoga to explore unicorns and superheroes, ocean animals, pirates and mermaids, construction and vehicles, jungle animals, and much more!

Wear movement clothing and bring a yoga mat or a blanket for your family to use during Senta's flow. 

This event meets outdoors at the Triangle Park on Wilson Avenue (1 block North of Little Sprouts Play Cafe in Shorewood).
