Mom Fit MKE

The mom fitness class you love is back outdoors for summer! Bring your little one and join Alex for a 45 minute workout focused on all the right places for mom. After the workout, come into Little Sprouts Play Cafe for playtime for your little one, mom time for you, and complimetary brewed coffee. 

A combination of cardio and strength work (body weight, bands and light weights) create a meaningful combination of movements with a strong core focus. A designated kids area with toys provides plenty of entertainment for your little one while you exercise. This total body workout is appropriate for Prenatal & Postpartum moms. A challenging yet completely modifiable workout to suit your current fitness level.  

*Class pack does not have to be used for consecutive weeks*  

What to bring:

- Towel for ground work (hello core!)

- Water

About Alex:

Alex is a personal trainer and a prenatal & postpartum exercise specialist. She is able to provide modifications for any stage and address specific concerns.
