Stroller Fitness in the Park

About the Event
Join a group of moms for a fun and challenging workout in the park with your little one! Bring the stroller (or join solo!). Appropriate for Pregnant moms as well. The group will meet Alex at Little Sprouts in Shorewood at 9:30 am and then move over to Estabrook Park for a 45 minute group exercise class utilizing the park and green spaces. After your workout, enjoy 30 minutes of free play at Little Sprouts Play Cafe. This class is weather permitting.
What to bring:
- A stroller with your little one and snacks/toys to keep them busy (don't stress, they are usually so distracted by all the activity they happily hang out, and if they don't, we GET it and it won't be an issue!)
- Towel for ground work (hello core!)
Alex is a personal trainer and a prenatal & postpartum exercise specialist. She is able to provide modifications for any stage and address specific concerns. She is also a mother of 3 toddlers and lives in Whitefish Bay. Questions regarding readiness or programming: email@example.com / 312-442-2107
