What is private play?

Private Play is a fully private reservation for your family and friends at our cafes. You may choose to add on guests of your choice to your reservation. Your group will have our entire cafe to yourselves!

What is RESERVED OPEN PLAY?

Reserved Open Play are play reservations for safe and fun small group play. These sessions are open to up to 6 children (+ 1 caregiver) at our Shorewood cafe and 10 children (+ 1 caregiver) at our Mequon cafe.

IS it safe to play?

We are making sure we put the safety of our staff and guests as a top priority. We are wearing masks, implementing elevated safety measures, and thoroughly disinfecting our space before, during, & after each play session. We are strongly encouraging guests follow all CDC recommendations in our space.

Do i need a mask?

YES. We are wearing masks to keep you safe. We ask that you wear a mask to keep us and other guests safe.

We require adult mask wearing in our cafes. During Private Play, you may remove your mask while remaining distant. However, to talk with staff or engage with guests outside of your group, we ask that you put your mask back on. During Reserved Open Play, we ask you to keep your mask on for the entire session.

can we bring in food?

NO. We are still a food-safe environment. While continuing to look out for the safety of our guests, we still DO NOT allow outside food. At the current time, we have a small selection of snacks available for purchase. Please plan your visit accordingly.

Is there a member discount?

YES. We've added member discounts for Private Play and Limited Sessions. If you are a current member and need a refresh as to how to use your discount online, reach out by email or phone. We're excited to see you all again!
