Stroller Fitness in the Park
Join a group of moms for a fun and challenging workout in the park with your little one! Bring the stroller (or join solo!). Appropriate for Pregnant moms as well. Led by Alex, a personal trainer, prenatal & postpartum exercise specialist, this 45 minute class utilizes our surrounding green spaces and then ends with playtime at Little Sprouts Play Cafe.
