Join us for a 4-week series - connecting with body, mind, and baby. Give yourself a postnatal bounce back with your baby, other moms, and hot coffee. Learn calming tricks and at-home yoga tips for mom and baby - developing sensory and auditory skill, digestive and sleep benefits, and more. Expect some of our babies to laugh... while others might cry. Per usual, we're ready for it all.
