Little Mondays (Lavender Sensory Rice)

We're kicking off the week with hands on activities with Ms Abby! In our Little Mondays program, we'll explore DIY activities that we'll build at the cafe and can expanded upon at home. Parents and kids will each pickup new ways to create fun ways to play together. With our open-ended activities, these programs are great for siblings to join too. Age-appropriate siblings must have their own tickets to participate.

This week, we're creating our Lavender Sensory Rice recipe. Working together, kids and parents will combine ingredients to create one of our favorite sensory bases. Perfect as a base for a variety of play materials, our oil-free, scented rice recipe also has sensory benefits. Lavender can promote calmness and olfactory curiousity in kids.
