Little Mondays (Moon Sand Making)

We're kicking off the week with hands on activities with Ms Abby! In our Little Mondays program, we'll explore DIY activities that we'll build at the cafe and can expanded upon at home. Parents and kids will each pickup new ways to create fun ways to play together.

This week, we're creating a fun, taste-safe MOON SAND recipe. Or, you might know it as cloud dough. Working together, kids and parents will combine kitchen ingredients to create our moon sand to play with in class. We'll also create using some of our fun shapes and tools to mold the sand. Families will take the moon sand home with some play materials at the end of class.

In this program, you can expect a different activity each week. 

For ages : 1 - 4 years old (with caregiver) 

Some classes include swallowable materials - so use your judgement when signing up

*Our moon sand program uses flour as its base ( allergy warning)

Each week also includes playtime. For our sensory activities, we'll create the sensory material in class and caregivers will take the moon sand home to continue playing. We'll also provide each guest with our recipe so you can create the moon sand again at home.
