Mequon Open Play (Cancelled)

Open play are reservations for safe and fun small group play. These sessions are open to children & guardians that want to play in a small group setting. Currently, our small group maximum is 10 children + guardian in our Mequon cafe. Tickets are for 1 child + 1 adult. If you need to bring extra adults, an extra ticket MUST be purchased. 

The Nitty Gritty 

We have adjusted the time block of these reservations to larger duration of time. Of course, you can come at the start and leave at the end of the reservation block. However, we hope this gives you some flexibility within that time to come and go when most convenient to you and offers more of the convienience of the drop-in play. If you're late (becasue let's be honest, kids are rarely on-time) you have a large block of time to still get in a good chunk of play. Due to the nature of these reservations, we still are not able to adjust ending times though.

The end time of your reservation is the time we expect your family to be leaving our cafe. Please give yourselves ample time to use the bathroom and get on shoes before the ending time arrives. Our sanitizing routine is dependant on guests exiting at the predetermined times. We appreciate your cooperation.

In addition to being a socks-only space, we require mask wearing for guests over 3 years old, will ask you to wash hands before playing, & will subject your party to a quick verbal screening upon arrival. 

Tickets are fully refundable if cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the start of the play. if cancellation is requested within the 48 hours prior to the play, tickets will be refunded in the form of a credit for play equivalent to the original ticket bought. This credit must be used within 28 days of the canceled ticket. If play is canceled 2 hours or less from the start of the play, tickets are not refundable (some exceptions may apply).
