Yoga for Kids, Fantasy Fun Theme (TRIAL CLASS)

Come along with our yoga instructor, Senta, on this free trial of her imaginative virtual yoga class. In this trial class, we'll use our breath, bodies, and imaginations to journey into a fantasy world of fun and yoga.

Our next 6-week session begins February 17. Kids will use their imaginations to move, flow, and learn how to breathe their way through anything. The class will practice every Wednesday at 3:30pm on Zoom. Each 6-week session will have a unique theme. For this session, we're going to have some 'Fantasy Fun' with Senta.

Who do you think of when you hear the words kind-hearted hero? Perhaps a helpful superhero or brave prince or princess not afraid to stand up for what is right? What about a mermaid and an underwater pirate shipwreck, or unicorns building rainbows? Join me, Miss Senta as we use our breath, bodies, and imaginations to journey into a fantasy world of fun and yoga. Remember there is a little yogi in all of us, namaste!

Hello caregivers, I’m Senta, mom and yoga instructor! Has your family tried yoga? Well, I believe there is a little yogi in all of us. You might wonder why do I like yoga so much? Yoga is fun and freeing; I can show you how!  

And caregivers, did you know that according to Harvard Health, Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in school age children (the study includes kids ages 6-12).
