INCLUDES • 2 hours of PRIVATE PARTY use of our entire space • Party assistant included • For up to 12 children ($15/additional child, ages 10 and under) • Additional 30 minutes of setup & cleanup time (for host family) • MAX total guest count - 35 people ($75 fee for exceeding our maximum - requires confirmation in ADVANCE) • LUXE colored/themed paper goods (cups, plates, napkins, cutlery)* and décor for table setting and display table only (up to 14 seats) • White paper plates, napkins, cutlery for additional paper goods • Themed table cloth or white table cloth with themed runner for tables • Curated and customized, themed goodie bags for each child (up to 12, additional bags will incur additional charges) • Small Balloon Decor option - dependent on request and availability • Themed 'Happy Birthday' banner • Custom felt board message • 24 Mini water bottles (customized bottle labels on all bottles) • One (1) 2-tiered cake OR cupcakes decorated per chosen theme provided by Sweet Smörgåsbord • Option to bring in your own commercially prepared food* (NUT-FREE), drink, and tabletop decorations • 2 pots of brewed coffee for your guests (1 caffeinated & 1 decaf) Please note : This party package can accommodate up to 35 people. We supply party goods for up to that quantity of guests. Extra party goods will incur extra charges. Booked on weekends $75 for additional 30 minutes (must be confirmed in advance) We can accommodate nearly any theme. Cancellation Policy

For in-cafe parties, a non-refundable party reservation must be paid in advance to confirm and reserve party date. The deposit will be applied to the total party balance. The remainder of your party balance is due at your party. For non-in-cafe parties, party reservations must be paid in full at time of booking to confirm. If the party is cancelled at least 30 days ahead of the party date, it can be rescheduled with the deposit transferred to the new party time. If needed, call us at (414) 563-7529 to reschedule a party.
